        AT&T assigned my sister this company without giving her an option to choose any other. They do not have an online portal to pay their bill. I am my sister's representative payee for her SSA funds because she is mentally handicapped. Because of her condition she doesn't always give me her bill to pay and has sometimes even thrown it away before I can submit the payment. If they had an online bill pay I could just log on, see when a payment is due and pay it. I have tried to contact them with the number on the bill, but the menu doesn't give the option of speaking to a real person.
