If you can get a flight with other airlines, do so. I hate having to measure my bag every time I get on this flights. Speaking to a rep cost you $25. The counterbstaff are rude and unprofessional.

Pamela McKenzie at the Las Vegas airport was a joy to work with and made our return home quick and painless. MUCH better experience than we had in the Orlando airport. Shes a rockstar, promote her.

Frontier is literally the worst airline experience ever. Im forced to pay to check my bag even after I already paid for the carry-on, which is already more expensive - I should be getting a refund!! Then they say the bathrooms are out of order on the plane, so you better go before boarding. Are you kidding me?! For the prices of airline tickets these days, this is highway robbery. What terrible service.

It's an airline that no one should use. I recommend Alaska and Delta the best. They shouldn't give even one star. First time I used this airline and last time. Should I believe the reviews? It's not worth trying. It's really bad. There's a delay. We reserved three places. Usually in other places they make us sit together. But this is crazy. What is the point of separation? I think it's stupid. The employees are grumpy and not welcoming. And I bought a ticket at a price that was not cheap.I bought Delta $79 one way per person and they put comfortable seats for us. I bought frontier $175 one way per person. They separate seats for us.frontier need me pay if want seat together. I think people giving 5 stars are scamming. Before using this service, I asked 10 friends and none of them recommended this airline.
