My mom moved into Villa Court last summer. To my surprise, she loved it. At first she was hesitant to give up her apartment, but once she settled in we were both glad she made the move. All the staff are great, they are very caring. She likes the food, she likes the bus service too. I live in CA so it gives me comfort to know she is well taken care of. I highly recommend Villa Court!

Had the opportunity yesterday to tour Villa Court (both the Assisted Living and the Memory Care). I was very impressed by the engaging and kind staff who greeted me. The community was beautiful and had a really great "feel" to it. I spent time with the administrator and felt her passion for caring about staff and residents alike. I watched her interact with some of the memory care residents and it brought a smile to my face. I'm thankful for the opportunity I had to get familiar with this community and can't emphasize enough how impressed I was. Great job Villa Court!

They (Villa Court ONLY) are NOT at All responsive to issues in a timely manner and their new director/mgmt tends to ignore problems, if allowed to. If they improve their accountability, i will revise their rating accordingly because they were much better in late 2021 before the changes. The facility has ample great food, numerous activities, and a very caring staff to help the residents maintain a good quality of life, as long as needed by their residents. They also have a memory care division for those who are in need of more, especially if suffering from dementia, alzheimer's, or other brain malfunctions. NOT to be confused with the facility run as Pacifica because apparently they were absolutely terrible to their patients and residents alike. As Villa Court, I couldn't be happier with their daily care and treatment of my elderly but independent mother. Pacifica must have been horrible for their previous residents, but fortunately those people are GONE and the new folks since later 2019 have been absolutely fantastic! Very welcoming and compassionate facility...

We were extremely nervous to move our dad into a facility because our dad was very opposed. We picked Villa Court because the staff was very friendly and it seemed like it was more of a home than a facility. We were surprised how beautiful it was when we first pulled in because of the location. The staff made moving in very quick and gave us a lot of information as this was our first time making this move. Our dad had a hard time at first transitioning from living at home to Villa Court, but since then has been loving to talk to other people and actually made some friends!

I've worked at Villa Court for almost 2 years now and I could not have made a better career decision for myself. The board of directors, staff and residents make coming to work everyday feel like home. 10/10 would recommend.
