Wells Fargo Bank

Due to being business owners. We deposit checks with fluctuations. Won't deposit my check because the manager that usually do is not there. Why can't another manager deposit it? I don't know. Why can't the TELLER deposit it? I don't know? Maybe they're biased because I'm a POC, I don't know? Dont come here go to another branch. Get treated better just to be inconvenienced a little bit.

you make an appointment and even so they take their time, everyone is standing there and they don't attend to anyone, honestly it doesn't surprise me that they have a bad score

A lady named Lulu should not even be working in customer service. I had called beforehand about notary services they said that I can just come in. When I came in she was helping me she then went to gossip with apparently her boss. They were speaking Spanish saying that they were going to make me wait. Granted I did not look my best because I had my dog and I had just finished a work out but they were extremely rude and after having me wait 20 minutes she said that I would have to wait up to another hour because her boss was so busy meanwhile they were just laughing in his office. Horrible customer service.
