My card had been ate at their ATM twice within months of each other. The first time I was able to insert my card and cash into the atm I hit complete and it said error never returned my cash nor my card. When I went inside they told me there was nothing they could do and if the atm at the end of the month wasnt balanced I would get my money back. (I have yet to see that money) The second time happen today I went to pull out money I inserted my card again I got an error message and my card was never returned. I called the actually location to get a voicemail saying the do not answer phone calls at this location. I called customer service, she transferred me there to get the same message. Im beyond frustrated that now I have to get ANOTHER replacement card and nothing was resolved, nor does any one seem to care. Do not use The drive through atms.
