We had Artcon come out a few years ago and install a putting green and they did deck sealer and repair a year before that. We had been asking for touch up sealer since we had it done and nobody helped us. Then my putting green needed one of the cups repaired and stretched . I have been calling since before Oct 2020 and they said due to Covid they were behind. Someone came out in Oct and told me after the first of the year. We said ok. Then I called in Feb/March and they said they were behind and would call me back. I called every few weeks to check up . I finally stopped calling . Needless to say nobody ever came and repaired anything and nobody called me again. We were willing to pay since it’s been a few years. Apparently they don’t care about the little jobs. Over the Covid excuse. My deck sealer is chipping off and I hate it but won’t be getting them out here ! Service: Concrete work

So glad I used Artcon, Inc. for my pool remodel. It turned out great. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Staff was pleasant to work with and had a great price.

Please do yourself a big favor, do not hire this company. I had a stamped concrete project with them that chipped a year later. Looks awful. Before project Nick (owner) assured that i will need to reseal it every 5 years or so, in reality ,it turned out i have to spend $1,000 every year on approximately 300 sq.f surface. Apparently , the company will not do a project for less than $1,000. Think about it!! There is no business integrity , this company does not stand behind their product, Nick is hard to reach on the phone etc.. In case they state they do not have me in their files, that's too bad, i have them on my yard, looking ugly.
