        Its beautiful and neighbors keep a lookout for each other. The property is resident policed to keep undesirable out and yes they do report issues and address problems quickly

        Too many rules. The grounds could be maintained waaay better, especially pool area. The HOA fees are VERY high, obviously way more being charged than given back. Pathetic: they poisoned pigeons a week ago,and didnt bother collect the dead bodies, that smell all over the property.
