I have been at this bank since I was 18 but recently I had the easiest experience with getting my loan for my car. Abril Nunez helped me with applying my loan and everything was done in 3 days. It was fast and if there was any issues she would call me or I would email her, there always a direct line of contact which appreciate the most. I am happy happy with how everything went. Hello!I just finished conducting telephonic transaction with Renee.  Her email is [email protected].  In a nutshell I needed approval for an increase in funds and was pressed for time!  She was very patient and assisted me in attaining the approval!  She definitely represents the values set forth by your company because she went the extra mile to assist a customer in dire straights!

Literally the worst location. The employees are miserable, rude old women, it was almost comical.

Great service from Efrain getting my account started today. Efficient and knowledgeable about every step with the on-line app. Was able to get set up with a debit card on this visit as it was made on site in just a couple minutes.  I left a happy new customer. I'm expecting to be very happy for a long time using the OneNevada Credit Union for all my banking.
