When I went to do banking with this establishment I was very impressed with the knowledgeable and kind staff, especially Ms. Jessica very helpful and kind while helping me with my inquiries. Thank you kindly.

Their staff have always been kind to me, but the actual experience using this CU started to sour after they removed their card controls and in general just made the app/website basically USELESS for anything but displaying your balance. I can't block any transactions on the website or app and that has caused me to stack up overdraft fees. I asked them TWICE a few months before to turn off overdraft for me, yet when I accidentally bought something they STILL charged me an overdraft fee despite it NOT being a pre-existing subscription (they said it would only overdraft now for subscriptions that existed when it was still on). I have to wait a week to get that refund from the company I accidentally bought from (if they'll even respond) and removing all the overdraft fees that may come up in that time is going to take way too long to address, I don't have the time to continue micromanaging and making phone calls for little things like this. As a disabled college student this is very irritating and stressful, to the point where I felt I had to write a review (which I rarely do).
