Northshore Learning Center

I'm thrilled to share my family's positive experience with Northshore Learning Center! My wife and I have been bringing our kids here for a couple of years now, and we're extremely satisfied with the services they offer. We've utilized their pickup and drop-off services, before and after care, and preschool program, and we've always been impressed.The communication from the staff has been excellent - they keep us informed about our children's daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise. We appreciate the attention to detail and the care they take in ensuring our kids' safety and well-being.The environment is always clean and welcoming, providing a perfect setting for our children to learn and thrive. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly dedicated to providing top-notch care and education.We're grateful for the peace of mind that Northshore Learning Center provides, knowing that our children are in good hands. We highly recommend this center to any family seeking a reliable, nurturing, and educational environment for their little ones.

The office manager is rude and condescending. Not very nice to me and was really hard on my TWO YEAR OLD! They dont have enough qualified people in those rooms and also apparently dont have qualified people at the front desk and management position. They overcharge and you have to buy lunch every day on top to pay tuition. Whereas the school I found now which is an awesome school you dont pay extra for lunch and breakfast thats included in the tuition. The school is not only a rip off , in other words receiving money for services that are not of quality. Theres so much sickness between the kids, and it passes so fast between each of them. I am convinced that they dont clean the toys between the days. They should be more watchful when kids are playing in placing toys in their mouths. That way they can try and get a control on how much illnesses passes from one to the next. It is uncontrollable. In addition , Christina is rude and shrewd and seemingly chooses favorites in children and their parents as well as the care givers that work there. There will always be high employee turnover because management is horrible. Not a good place.

My experience with Northshore learning has been amazing. I have an older son so to be able to see northshore meet and match what elementary schools offer is beautiful. The class dojo keeps me aware of what is happening within the center and class room. The teachers are great and my son seems to have learned since we started there. I would definitely recommend for your young ones.

Overall, not too bad for us being there only a couple of months. Close and convenient to our home. The only thing I did not like is when we went on vacation they still charged us for the week while being gone. That is the only down side of this daycare. Not sure if this is the same across the whole board. But my daughter loves it there and I do see an improvement in her education, considering she is only four years old.

The staff is super attentive and my children are actually happy, so that is a huge relief and bonus. Thankful to be able to bring my children there.
