This valentine's day my husband ordered 2 bouquets ( for me and our daughter)via web order, to be delivered to his work PRIOR to 2pm on Valentines day...even paid extra for expedited delivery. The order never arrived on the 14th...instead it was delivered on the 15th, AND not even the bouquets he ordered! The flowers were dead and wilting at best, the cards were not as he'd inscribed, add to that them being delivered a day late! Nearly $300 later, an expensive lesson was learned...this was ordered over a week in advance and they still couldn't get it right! Absolutely ridiculous, bummed my husband out for RUINING his surprise and in the end could've saved $200+ just by buying flower's off the freeway off ramp...I'd venture to say those flower's were in better shape than the one's we received. Ought to be ashamed of yourselves...you had ONE job!

My husband pre ordered flowers and a box of chocolates at the beginning of February to prep for our Valentines Day. The flowers that were delivered were broken from handling, and they didnt include the box of chocolates he purchased which was over $10 to add. After 8 phone calls and 6 different people we were advised they would be dropped off at the next delivery before 5 pm. Guess what?!? They never came!!! Come to find out we were actually OVER CHARGED by $33!! Ive called and try to resolve myself, was hung up on twice and was told Id be called back before 6! Looks like I will have to dispute this through my bank. What a mess of a company! Sad my husband spent so much for a poor quality and bad service. Could have had flowers from the grocery store and gotten a better quality. We will be asking for our money back. Avoid this place and if youve been here make sure you werent over charged!!!!!!
