We needed to order funeral flowers online as we live far away and wouldn't be able to attend. The feedback we got on the arrangement was that it was very beautiful, large, and fragrant. It arrived at exactly the right time. There have been times in the past when ordering flowers sight unseen has been a bad experience. Not so in this case. I'm so happy I went with Flowers by Coley, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ordered flowers and a bear for my coworker who is in the office and she received it within a timely manner and loved the flowers as well as the bear. It definitely cheered her up after being in the hospital for almost a week already.

Ordering from out of state is always a tricky situation to be in. I was hopeful when I saw the "order in the next 3 hours to guarantee same day delivery" banner on this company's website.
I submitted the order around 9:30-10am local time. Their website said that they would confirm the order, but that never happened. It also said that they would contact me if there was any issues with the delivery, which also did not happen.
4pm (this location's closing time) rolls around and still no delivery. When they finally show up at 4:30pm, the bouquet is an entirely different color than what I ordered. The roses are bright pink instead of white and all the flowers shown as purple/lavender color were also bright pink.
All in all, glad they arrived, but extremely disappointed in the fact that I was not even warned that they were out of the correct colored flowers and that they would be doing substitutions.....would have been nice to know about ahead of time because I specifically picked this arrangement because of it being PURPLE and not PINK
