        Got a refund with no explanation the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered. When I tried calling their voicemail picked up and said they were close, even though I called during their normal business hours. Extremely frustrating. If someone had at least called or emailed me on what the problem was then I wouldnt be so upset. This is a big screw you, we dont care about your business. I always order directly through flower shops because I know they dont make any money on orders from Teleflora, 1800 Flowers etc. My mom used to own a flower shop and I worked there in college. So much for supporting a small business...

        Ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered to my Mom's work and the flowers were delivered pretty early in the morning. My Mom loved the flowers and the bouquet looks beautiful based on the photos she sent me!
