Fantastic service and beautiful arrangement! Frank went above and beyond with my order. These flowers came from my remote coworkers from all over the world as a thoughtful get well gift. I'd like to share the story: I received a call from a number I did not recognize and when I answered it was Frank (which I didn't know at the time). He explained that he had seen the signs on my door requesting to not ring the doorbell or knock, but that he had dropped off flowers. I thanked him and saw my surprise gift which was so beautiful that it made me cry. I texted the number that called me to thank the person who had delivered my flowers. Many people disturb the peace of my home by ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door, which makes my 2 dogs start to bark and get anxious. He read and respected the wishes of my home. I asked if I could leave a review whether it was a delivery service or the flower shop itself. Frank proceeded to text me back letting me know that he received the order from a 3rd party vendor after his delivery driver left for the day. He wanted to make sure the flowers got to me so he delivered them himself. I feel this is not only above and beyond excellent service but just being a good human being. I appreciate you, Frank, and will be returning to Vegas Family Flowers when purchasing for others in the future!
