Air Done Right

My wife and I had Matt service our heating unit last month where he recommended our air ducts and dryer vents be cleaned. We scheduled for him to return to do the cleaning and it was worth the money. Matt was super professional and friendly. He explained how each process worked with the duct cleaning. Changed the direction of how our A/C vents blew and it made a huge difference.Then when he got to our dryer vent which we figured hadn't been cleaned or serviced for the 30 years prior to my wife and I moving in to our condo. The vent blew so much compacted lint close to 30 years worth and saved our home from a major potential fire. Matt is an awesome and highly knowledgeable technician. He knows how to treat people and save a home from potentially catastrophic situations. My wife and I would highly recommend using Air Done Right. They are not a fly by night HVAC company seen mostly around the valley nor are they a big corporate company just wanting to scare and sell things you don't necessarily need just to make money off of you. Wonderful customer service!!! Not only are they quick, but they get the job done and done right. My wife called after 5pm (they take calls 24 hrs a day) and booked an appointment for the next day. Mark was on time and was able to fix the issue at a reasonable price. This company is professional, knowledgeable and honest. He had all the tools to diagnose and had the parts in his truck to fix the issue immediately. I totally believe in supporting local but not blindly. This local company is the real deal!!!!

Call and they responded, provided quality service the same day I made the call for help. Eric J. Showed up on time, took the time to listen to what I had to say and then found the issue and had everything up and running. Great service at a great price. Call this company you will be glad you did....Eric is straight up honest and professional. Family owned company. Fixed my issue within a hour without trying to upsell me thousands of dollars of unneeded repairs like so many companies with tv commercials in this city do.
