        raised rates 37% YOY with no claims. Agent's explanation was "things are expensive" Unprofessional and a joke , wouldn't let me finish my questions on how this increase has been justified. Had to hang up. Edit: the regional manager tried to reach out to me via LinkedIn for some reason. I've since dropped farmers and moved to Liberty mutual. Better rate and better coverage for less money.

        I had the best customer service hands down! I was greeted by an Insurance Agent named Kyra with open arms, she welcomed me in, made me feel comfortable, getting me and my grandmother water, pulling up my grandma chair, showing she cares about the well being of others of age, she is very professional, very detailed oriented, very fast at what she does I out less than 10 minute's, she gave me the opportunity to learn more about the great deals and benefits to save me money in the long run, I am glad to say it was worth signing up!
