Company advertisement says $75.00 an hour then when you call they quote you over double that expense,. They quoted us over $160.00 for a trip; not an hour for a trip. When asked why its over double they said well there is an event. We said what event. We were then told a concrete convention & they need to update their website. We called another company & booked a limo for $108.00 per hour.

This bus driver was at the airport with a shuttle bus. When I asked if his bus was going to Terminal 1, he began speaking in the most unbelievable way. So disrespectful, racist and rude. I was threatened to be thrown off the bus, By a shouting, indignant, small mindset of a man. I didn't think the things he said were particularly clever or whitey. He seemed to think so, but I was offended. Why be a bus driver if you are so miserable helping passengers to their destination? This is an example of someone who should NOT be allowed to represent you if you are a service provider. The nerve of this bus driver was over the top. I felt sorry for him. He must really be an unhappy person. Kinda scary and pitiful. Anyway, these shuttle busses do not have any markings that identify what they are or where they go. So careful asking the driver if he looks like the one in this picture. He is definitely a lunatic.
