Justin helped us buy our first home when we didnt even think it was possible for a few more years. We had so much fun working with him, and we now have our own pool-home!! His attention to detail and creativity to get the job done impressed us very much. I think any other realtor wouldve shrugged us off because we werent 100% able to buy right away. February 2023: We sold our first Las Vegas home on Friday and have to give another HUGE shout out to Justin Topping! We purchased both homes at the right time(s) and listed in a more challenging market, but he never let us down. He was ALWAYS negotiating, advocating, networking, and available if we had any questions or concerns. He even showed up at the house a few times I was unavailable AND offered to clean the floors before open house if needed! He helped my husband pressure wash too. Mind blown! September 2022: Need a rock star realtor in the Las Vegas area? Look no further than Justin Topping! Ive put him through the wringer twice and can honestly say, without a doubt, Im happy I didnt get fired as a client. We were referred to Justin in February of 2020 when houses were selling instantaneously. Every home that intrigued us was gone before we could fly in and, to top it off, my husband and I are polar opposites. If he liked a home, I hated itand vice versa. To say Justin had his work cut out for him would be an understatement. We eventually flew in, for two days, and he impressively pulled it off! We placed an offer and moved across the country two months later. Even more impressive? It was my 2nd trip to Las Vegas and first time off The Strip. The market was at its peak and we were up against multiple overpriced offers, waived appraisals, and waived inspections (capital gains tax too). He was incredibly patient as we bowed out altogethercontent on making our current home work for the foreseeable future. Our patience paid off for both of us as we just closed on our next home...a deal that wouldnt have existed any earlier this year! Justin is the real deal and his "job" doesn't end at closing.
