Went above and beyond to help the sellers with unexpected problems from THEIR realtor's shortcomings as well, and those issues were not Real Simple's responsibility to even wrangle. Just a compassionate personality exuding professionalism and integrity that looked at the bigger picture and not just the transaction to blaze thru and get on to the next.
