Heather did an incredible job brining together the inspection, negotiating the repairs, keeping up with the financing requests and communicating everything to us. First and foremost, Heather was definitely a blessing we needed. She went above and beyond what we thought was possible in todays market. From all sides, whether it was our budget, layout we were looking for, size of the home, or just the thought and consideration she had put together in finding us matches for what our interests were, and what we were trying to achieve. She spent time asking many questions to get to know us and our family. Heather even kept the owners of homes that were still being occupied company, while also trying to get more details to help with our decision, which also allowed us to view each home and discuss about what we seen privately. We can definitely say Heather made things HAPPEN!! We cannot be more grateful!!
