I had to edit this since Google won't let me do a second review. Took my Scout in for a service and got fantastic service from Harry and the team. While there, I spied a 2023 Challenger Limited. Fell in love with it and traded my Scout in a few days later. David who helped me with the bike provided great customer service and the rest of the sales team were phenomenal as well. Great deal and great bike!

Went in for a factory recall. No problem there. But they fixed my husbands headlight that another indian dealer told us was a $700 repair for less than $300. Took very good care of us

I originally loved this place. Over the years I've learned better. I had purchased a maintenance plan I wasn't aware of. I took care of bike myself. When I went in to get a full service checkup I asked about it and they said it was expired. Never used any of the 6 I paid for and they would not honor any part of it. No apology nothing. I paid 1000 to them to get my bike ready for a trip. Asked them to check fender to fender. I am pretty sure all they did was change the oil and brake fluid. The tires were still low on air when I picked it up! About 6 months ago I considered trading it in for a new bike. The manager tried to screw me from every direction. Like embarrassingly tried to lower the value of the trade in. ($250 to remove LED lights I installed. $250? Seriously! I took them off in 5 minutes) that's one example of many. When I'm ready I'll ride up to Utah and get a new bike. Won't go back here for service or a new bike. Just posting my experience. Typical screw the customer for every penny experience.
