The customer service at this office is truly horrible. They give misinformation in the sense that I was told on the phone I could come pick up trial lenses without an appointment. I squeezed time in between work to come to the office to get them, just to then be told I need an appointment. I do NOT have all of this time to waste and the attendee at the front was not helpful and somewhat smirking about it as if its a joke that Im wasting my time coming back and forth. I finally had to make an appointment and make time to come back AGAIN because apparently I couldnt just be given my trials when I wasted time coming the first time. The immaturity and attitude of the front desk is the main issue - not to mention again providing incorrect information. If you can avoid this office, I would.
