        I've sublet this studio for the last 2 months, five hours per month, which fits my needs perfectly. Lighting choices are plentiful. Parbolic umbrella, leds with barn doors, strip lights, and wands. 4 of different paper backdrops, a few portable cloth ones. Some props. Pvt makeup and dressing area, and pvt bathroom. Derk's been easy to work with and rent from. He's always checking in to see how things went what I may need in the future. He'll put on a TFP for folks to come and socialize and ise the place. It's been a great hassel free set up for me.

        Been to diff studios and this one feels very homie. Its beautiful and very comfortable. Private dressing room w/cute setup. It fam owned and the owner is amazing he makes you feel welcome. Deff booking in the future
