Great experience in the store, but all down hill from there. After finally receiving our prints after poor and inaccurate email communication, the print looks NOTHING like my eyes! My eyes clearly have blue in them from the picture, but what we received has zero blue in it. And when we inquired about the final print looking NOTHING like my eyes, they couldn't care less! We get some mumbo jumbo email lecturing us on pixels and printed colors and that the printed result is a bit darker than the screen image. THEN HOW DO YOU ACCOUNT FOR ALL THE BLUE EYES ON DISPLAY IN YOUR STORE?!?!?! I guess the blue was working on that day! Great concept, but end results do not live up to what they display in their store. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Absolutely horrible service. I was happy to invest in this as a gift to someone very special to me. The guy was on the phone and irked by our questions and then had stupid remarks. Seeing all the rest of the reviews I'm so glad I didn't do business here. I'd give them zero stars if I could and I didn't even spend a dime with them.
