BUYER BEWARE ! The worst company to do business with, If I could do zero stars I would.Two people told me after the fact, that this company does shoddy business and has the worst business practices ever, The owner Pino Alessi, is an incompetent bully, who stole 1,458.00, he was to make ( simple ) hands for clocks we make, they were the complete wrong size, when he realized his mistake and his measurements were way off he offered to re-do them, he re measured, I offered to leave two sample so he would know the exact size, bet he said "no, I have the correct size, this time", picked them up at his shop outside as he was going out of town, got them home and none of them fit, not only that a bunch were broken, and not the right amount. If they had fit ( not one fit ), he suggested gluing them on, well they're clock hands which have to move independently, duh. He wouldn't do anything else, he was rude and frustrated over his sloppy work ( the hands were not finished, rough on the edges and would have been sanded down had they been the correct size.Then he said he shouldn't be out materials and money because they didn't fit, he clearly didn't do what he said he could do, would not give a refund, so we filed a dispute and got the money back, then a few weeks later he texted me and said " he has a good relationship with Visa and that he'll make sure he gets that money back he has some sort of special Visa card " sure enough he got the money back. Not done, went to the better business bureau and will not stop there.

I reached out to get a quote for acrylic shapes for a conference. Pino initially gave a quote to which I responded back to asking for a way to reduce the cost. The letters require bending which increases the cost. So I asked if we can do it in a different way. He started getting really agressive and standoffish and rude. There was another review here about anger management issues. It is exactly that. I still thought I could salvage the bad behavior on their side and politely kept communicating, and he behaved the same way. He said something like I should not have provided an estimate to a client before I got his quote. It is actually not even the case, I am the ultimate buyer of these. When I called to talk, he said he was blocking my phone number and this and that. Extremely rude person. If you want to deal with a problematic person you can reach out to this company. The guy clearly has the mentioned anger management issues.
