        I had some corrosion on my pipe that went into the hot water heater. I am in escrow so this needed to be repaired. Melvin Guerra Solorzano came out with another gentleman. ICE let me know through text what he would look like, and I thought that was very nice. Melvin and his helper/worker were very helpful, kind and polite. Even though I was 6 months over the labor warranty, they took care of the problem and fixed it all up for me. Melvin was very efficient and he did a good job.

        Junior was knowlegable, professional and very pleasant. He was honest with us about what we needed and what was most important and answered questions as we made decisions about purchasing a new thermostat and didnt try to sell us something we didnt need. We will certainly use ICE Heating and Cooling for our HVAC needs and will be happy to recommend your company and especially Junior.
