PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! I recently did a tour and it was horrible! The front desk lady was so overwhelmed for whatever reason running around like she was the only person working. All I heard was babies crying non stop! Went to the infant room all the babies were crying and it was two workers working just ignoring them. One lady eventually picked up one of the babies that was crying once I walked to the room and started coughing in the little girls face. She did not have a mask on nor did she cover her mouth. This is by far the worst care care facility I been to. As parents we are so scared to trust people with our children and this is one of the reason why! Please look elsewhere !

I had the displeasure of watching the assistant director Paige interact with a parent regarding an injury her child sustained while in care. The parent was upset that she had not received proper notification or an incident report. Paige became belligerent with the parent, denied any assistance, told the parent to leave the premises five times (by her own count) and eventually threatened physical violence. Another staff member tried to offer assistance to the parent, Paige interfered and prevented any conversation between the parent and other staff member. A third staff member had to physically remove Paige from the front desk area. I am appalled that someone of this temperament would be allowed in a career involving children. She has poor anger management skills at best!
