All State Roofing

After a major wind storm there were so many shingles on the ground. I knew that it was time to submit an insurance claim. I had 4 different companies submit a bid for a roof replacement and also got the estimate of coverage from the insurance company. I selected this company not because they were the lowest bid (they were in the middle) but because Mike the owner spent a lot of time explaininng every step of the process without talking down to a woman. I must say that I have been extremely happy with this company and all of their work crew. They have been very courteous, professional and did not mess around getting the work completed. If you need a roofer for any reason you will not be disappointed with this company.

We have a pitched and flat roof combo. Its mainly pitched but flat where the HVAC units sit. We hired All State a little over 3 years ago to put a new flat roof on. They left a huge mess on the patio and on the roof. We had to call them a couple of days after they left to come clean by up. They tried to say they werent finished yet but they didnt come back until we called. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago when it rained hard every day for 3 days. Water was coming into our house and there was a lot of interior damage. We asked All State to come out and take a look. Daniel came to do the estimate. He had a terrible attitude. When I mentioned the flat roof, he kept saying what flat roof? After going on the roof, he tried to say the company who did the flat roof didnt to a good job and he tried to blame the HVAC company saying they ran their condensation pipes onto the roof and the water pooled their with the combo causing an actual hole in the roof. You should have seen the look on his face when I told him All State did the flat roof and were the ones who took the condensation lines off. I had pictures to prove it. I also have a video from my backyard camera showing Daniels attitude and blame conversation that completely turned around when he found out Allstate did the job. Then he told us they were a family owned company and he was sure Mike would do the right thing. Nope, Mike wont call back. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
