        Bought our toy hauler from Findlay who conned us into buying the warranty. Took it in for minor issues one being the barn door in the bedroom kept falling off the trck, Findlay said they fixed it, which they did not. Took it back in and Findlay sold the place to Lazy Days, Lazy Days claimed they had no record of the service that Findlay had performed and our warranty was up so sorry you're OUT OF LUCK! WEe made such a stink that they said they'd fix the door, Lazy Days had the RV for 3 months they ordered a new door and when went on our first trip the door fell off!! DO NOT buy a warranty their service people are MORONS! They will damage more and Jerry rig things together just to get you out the door! I would give them less then a one star if I could!!!Update: Just realized they swapped out my brand new propane bottles with some old trade in ones and broke off my city water valve!! Stay away from Lazy Days service department!!!

        I needed a repair to my RV. As soon as they received the part, Lisa was able to get me in for a service appointment. The repair was done quickly and very well. I was happy to be on my way in about 2 hours.
