      We are very surprised to see this review. If you're missing mail or receiving other peoples' mail in your box, please alert our staff in person immediately when this is discovered. This is the first time we have heard of this and all staff has been notified. We take great care to ensure that mail sorting is done correctly, and we have done so for hundreds of mailbox customers over the past 5 years. Lastly, we are excited to expand and meet growing demand. Unfortunately the new mailboxes we have been waiting for are held up due to a supply chain issue. The frames will be filled soon, thanks for noticing and thanks for your feedback.
