Wow! Not good! So I called later morning yesterday and asked for a call back from a sales rep that wasn’t in her office. I was put on hold to see if she was on the phone which tells me she’s available and not off work. I was told she would get back to me soon. It’s now been over 24 hours and still no call! Frustrating! Bad customer service to just not call back. If this is how you operate then how will it be after I give money? No thank you!

Paul Mazurkiewicz was fantastic from the start! His communication was key. He was quick and thorough with each message. I had bid out 3 other companies to not only compare cost, but I wanted to see how each would respond and what each response included in terms of needs, materials, wants, timing, etc. Where Image 360 was a in the middle to higher ground in costs but when you add up their years in business, their multiple commercial grade signs, their expertise, the communication, the materials discussion and the home visit to ensure everything was in line for an appropriate quote, Image 360 took the cake! I am a VERY PARTICULAR person and I had envisioned such a sign since my husband and I started designing our new backyard oasis. Paul / Image 360 took that design and made it into a reality! We couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out! Our backyard is nearing completion and our 'resort' is ready to be opened! Thank you, E. Rhoads
