Green O' Aces Pools & Landscape

Paid a ton of money to have a pool/deck installed $000,000.00 and then had to do half of everything again. Business owner took no personal responsibility for installation defects and material selections. After having pool tile and deck redone $00,000.00 found out that proper drainage was not used and tile was not set solid on pool walls creating holes for water to pop off tile. They did not even fix or replace the water light that never hung properly inside the pool. They misaligned the deck and autofill and pool intake and would not remedy the difficult access to pull out pool debris. When reported this situation to Contractor's Board found out their subs were not licensed. CAUTION TAPE with this outfit. They act real nice until things don't work.

We are very happy with our experience with Green O'Aces. Ace and his team took very good care of us, especially during a difficult time marred by supply chain and labor shortage issues, due mostly to the post-COVID marketplace! We love the end product- every element of the design Ace created for us turned out perfect (see the pic below). The process allowed us to make some changes along the way, which we needed, as certain elements and materials look one way on paper, but are a little different once they are three dimensional in your yard. Sure, there were a few minor change orders, but overall the pricing was very reasonable, especially vs. the other 6 pool builders we met with before our project. Worst decision ever. Planned a 165k pool paid 135k in and didn't want this company to finish the job. Had the company that I should have started the project with in the first place to finish their mess. Read the reviews very carefully. The most recent are Go with a known pool builder. I should have known better when I went to their small office in an apartment complex...SMH

BIG EXHALE.... I've had a couple inquires on our backyard status, so here goes.... Our pool was finally plastered (Pebble Tec) and filled on Oct 20th and we're waiting on final inspection this week.  Yay for that and what was done looks marvelous!!  However, we're in November and still have a lot of work left to be done.... I'm waiting for some-type of schedule of completion time line for the remaining open items that will obviously carry TBD's on supplies/sub-vendors. We seem so close, yet it's still moving at a snail's pace...
