Income Tax 4 Less, LLC

Not a great experience at all. Messed up my 2022 taxes then proceeded to blame me as to why I got penalties. Unprofessional and messy. Dont waste your money here. You want details of what happened no problem. Let me tell the public how you DECEIVED me and my husband. I went to Ronnie to file my taxes in 2023 for 2022, I told him my situation. My husband was waiting for his social security number to come because he is from Ukraine. Ronnie told me that we could wait for his social security number to come in, so he said he would file an extension for us. I just got off the phone with IRS guess what Ronnie never filed an extension when he had me believing this whole time an extension WAS filed. When I called Ronnie in October I told him my husband social still hadnt come in. I asked his what should I do? Should I file separate or can I still wait. He told me no problem we can wait for your husbands social to come in he never said to me you can wait but just letting you know you WILL be penalized nope never warned or anything, on top of that he NEVER filed the extension, why would you tell your clients you filed an extension but you never did???? How UNPROFESSIONAL. Now I have $400 in penalties because Ronnie didnt do his job correctly. When I called him to tell him about the letter I received from the IRS he told me that he doesnt make decisions for his clients. That hes the middle man and told me that is was my fault that i had these penalties. In all my years of doing my taxes never had I had a problem with a tax person. NEVER. I am NOT a professional tax person like Ronnie claims he is. We put our trust in these tax people to do the right thing and to ADVICE us as to do and not to do, he told me everything would be ok. And he simply doesnt care that now I have to pay these penalties. He didnt even offer to try to help me to fix it. He told me to call a number and they would take off the penalties. But they didnt. For him its no big deal but now my husband and I have to pay the consequences for his mistake. He knows he messed up but doesnt want to admit it. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT get your taxes done here. I found him on Google and he seemed to have good reviews but look how he screwed us over. Now I have a mess to clean up and have to pay a total of $830 because he never filed an extension and told me I could wait. Its just horrible when you put your trust into people and pay them and they assure you that they will take care of it. Just all around unprofessional. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Would first like to say Roni is an absolute gem and delivers top notch service. Got my taxes done this year and he handled them accordingly. He has a lovely assistant who is very nice as well. Any questions I had he was always quick to answer. Roni is the man! Thank you again!
