Usually Jackson Hewitt is the bomb! For some reason this year so far they are lacking... Bigtime . Might as well have did my taxes on my own and saved myself over a hundred dollars. It's already been 21 days and still no money no way to get any info. Whole reason for paying that extra money to Jackson Hewitt is so I don't have to wait 8 weeks and wonder with my head in the clouds as to when I'm gonna get my refund. But,. I didn't get what I paid for. Like I said,.. shoulda just did it my self if I was gonna not get what I paid for. And I was told by them in the beginning that if I wanted my stimulus included it would take 8 weeks so I opted out with the option of paying an additional 75_$ later and then file for my stimulus. So I'm not even getting my stimulus unless I pay another 75bucks after I get my basic tax return. Also, I wanted the next day refund and was willing to pay for but was told that just because I had unemployment as my main portion of my return , I wasn't elegible for next day return and that I would receive my return between 7-21 days. It is now day 21 and still nothing and no way to get any info on it at all. When I go to it's website " where's my return" link, it says there is no record of my return at all?????
