We are truly sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the recent changes in our pricing structure. We understand the importance of maintaining affordable services for our valued clients, and we appreciate your loyalty over the past few years.We want to assure you that our price adjustments are made after careful consideration. We certainly wouldn’t increase our prices every month and we hadn’t increased our prices for most of our services for many years before, but we had to update our prices back in September 2022 and once again last month. These increases were meant to cover the ever-increasing operational costs, provide quality benefits to our staff and ensure that we can continue providing high-quality services and maintaining a skilled and professional team. We are a small family-run business and we have experienced a radical increase in the costs of running our business in the last couple of years since Covid upended the World. To clarify the 6-week pricing, we used to provide a discount for appointments made within 4 weeks of the last Brazilian but a few years ago, some of our clients told us that they didn’t have enough growth to come in every 4 weeks. So we decided to increase the window for the discount to 6 weeks instead to accommodate our clients based on their feedback. However, anything over 6 weeks is considered a brand new Brazilian so it does not qualify for the $10 discount. Please feel free to contact me at any time at [email protected].
