My girlfriend and I was able to take a tour of this wonderful complex and the front desk lady Angie was phenomenal in helping us and answering all of our questions and concerns

Beautiful apartments. Went in for a tour and Apple at the leasing office helped us out and she was amazing. Love her personality and her honesty. Weve talked to a lot of leasing office people and she is by far the nicest weve met.

I wouldn't advise anyone to live here. From the shots fired on the premises, seeing roaches in my apartment, dog excrement throughout the grounds, the upstairs neighbors who I was told are allowed to jump off the couch onto the floor and stomp in the day time and the parents walk through out the house at 2am, this place isn't for people 50 or older. The manager knew there were children above the apartment we look at and failed to inform us. When we appoached them about it we were told they're not obligated to tell us. Then they sent a letter saying that we were retaliating by watching TV at night. Even lied and said it was multiple neighbors complaining. What they didn't know is I come home for lunch in the middle of the night (work nights) and I don't hear the TV until I open the door so how could multiple people hear our TV? They deflected from our complaint and made us the bad guys. I asked them to visit the apartment so that they can hear for themselves but I have yet to see them. When my lease is up I'm out. Very disappointing. Had 4 other apartment offers. I chose this one because I assumed it was the better of the 4. Sadly it is not. Renters beware and ask plenty of questions.
