Requires members to remove clothing (hat) in order to do business.
Edit to reply to the owner's response - I don't care about your "risk management" decisions. Requiring people to remove articles of clothing is an unreasonable request. Other banks/CUs I've visited don't do this. You shouldn't either, just to save a buck.
You wouldn't ask a customer to shave their beard "to better identify" them. You wouldn't ask people to remove their makeup. You wouldn't ask people to remove their coats. Get better cameras if a freaking hat is such an issue.

Just tried to open an account, found the door. locked. Nice lady came over and said they dont accept customers without an appointment. Must have to many customers. Going to another bank.
