I was a tenant here for 3 years and was never a disruptance. I recently was sent a refund check to my new address after moving out. When attempting to cash the refund, I was told that Joshua Hills stopped payment. I went to ask questions regarding this issue and the disrespect and sarcasm from the MANAGER was completely surprising and unacceptable. At this point, it wasn't even about the money anymore. My mother used to bring these people home cooked meals and the way she was treated today was just plain sad. Due to a Manager being on her lunch break, my mother was told by the Manager that she isn't stopping her lunch break to help her and she'd have to wait outside an hour. I was also told that I would not have a response to my questions because she was leaving for the day. I was also told that she didn't want to speak to me and that she'd contact me through e mail. I was upset but remained calm. Then had the audacity to send a e mail saying that they value their customers. The way treat their tenants is bad. Then when you move out, they ask you to write a good review for them to reach some kind of goal.
My experiences there were good and bad. At first everything was good. As managers changed, things got worse.From pit bulls consistently peeing on my balcony from the above apartment and it taking 2 months for them to resolve the issue, to teenagers smoking weed on the benches. No security at night during my stay. Constant break ins to my car and other cars. Dog waste all through out the property that was picked up by maintenance with in the next couple of days. Overflow of trash at the dumpsters and trash just flowing into the road. My hallway remained filthy from lack of maintenance and clean up. I do not recommend anyone staying here. Especially after the experience with management. I really wish I knew the owners. Maybe I can reach out to Keller and get a contact. Even when stating that I would write a review over this, it was laughed upon a was told that I can do whatever I want and write whoever I want. There must be a managers shortage in the apt industry if this is what they have representing them. Completely seems linke the Manager is a last resort type deal.

A tour was scheduled, but I wasnt able to see any units. The agent was very nice and told me that shed call when I could come see a unit but that call never came.

I'm starting to have second opinions about Joshua Hills. Alma and the maintenance man are cool but that manager lady Sarai or however you spell her name is starting to be a problem. I don't like people lying to me or telling what they think I want to hear. Do your job and do it without an attitude. It serves you no purpose. She is the problem. I've heard a lot of residents complaining about her and I didn't believe that until today when she showed me a different side of her.

I love this place!! The staff is amazing they'll never let you down and they are very responsive! I love the size of our apartment!
