Amazing experience! Flight was exciting and the sights were awesome. Pilot did an amazing job and the staff did an outstanding job accommodating some special requests post trip.

We had a disappointing experience relating to the transportation to and from the venue. On the way back, the bus we were on was involved in a fender bender that resulted in a significant issue. The driver, albeit courteous was more concerned with his job than the passengers on the bus. He was completely ill prepared to manage an accident. Not knowing how to handle it, photo the damage, call the police, what to ask for from the other driver. The driver held us until his supervisor arrived for 40+ minutes where the supervisors only concern was vehicle damage. There was no apology, no incident waivers, no accommodation made to bring another bus, so that we could arrive safely back in time for our show. Things happen and thats okay. But its important to remember that youre in a customer service focused business, and caring for the needs of your customers should be first. The company never reached out to us afterword either to check in. The helicopter tour was nice and well organized, but the transportation and subsequent lack of concern from their staff was disappointing. Book your own transportation

Breathtaking experience!! Everything is exlent: since pick up from our hotel till drop off back. Every moment, every detail, everyone of the staff are high standarted. Free Champaign before the ride. The best customer service ever! We had a ride above night Las Vegas with Brandon - high qualified pilot with good sense of humor. Thank you for creating so comfortable atmosphere on the bord. We'll take more rides with 5 star for sure!!!
