Our older dog had never been groomed before, he was very anxious when we dropped him off. When we picked him up he was a different dog, happy and excited. The fear was completely gone. He has several skin issues including tags and brittle nails. They were patience and gentle with our fur baby. They did a great job and it was well worth the price we paid. I was also very happy to know they do walk in nail trims at a very reasonable price.

Took my puppy there for a grooming. As a parent, you want to know how your furbaby did during their first experience. The groomer explained that my puppy was very wiggley. It was like this was unheard of. I won't take her back there for grooming. Not sure if the groomer just had a bad day. We've all been there. That's why I gave it a 4.

All about paws is the only place I take my dog to. They are so welcoming and gentle with no matter who you are.

The anger and sadness I feel about the way my Yorkiepoo was treated at this groomer is crazy. The groomer first pulled on my dog when we arrived, and my dog must have had a bad feeling about the older lady who groomed him. She cut him bad near his eyes and she cut his nipples so bad that there swollen, she dug in his paws so bad that its red and we now have to get him antibiotics. All about paws, we do groom him at home every two weeks he gets a shower and a light cut, we never had any issues with redness, you cut our dogs face and paws so stop lying and take responsibility for what happened.
