        Ok, I'm editing my original review because the next technician that came (Carl I think) was really outstanding. In the off-chance the first tech that came to my house hasn't been fired, I'm leaving this warning: I didnt catch this first guy's name, but if you get a tall, thin, African American whos a little weird/goofy, just ask him to leave and book another tech. That guy is beyond incompetent.
