Came in with 20 mins left until close and got to properly fitted for my upcoming trip. Came in thinking I needed the Hoka's but was fitted with better ones. The employee (my receipt says Ripley, sorry if that wasn't you) had a trainee nametag on but she had several suggestions with different brands types to help with my flat feet. Kuddo's to the welcoming staff and manager. Will be back soon.

The assistant manager was super nice. It was my first proper shoe fitting. I'm trying to work out more. He found 3 options for me and I got a pair that I can wear to exercise and for every day too (looking good). Experience here is great!

We were so excited for this location to open, and it did not disappoint! As someone that doesn't "look like a runner" this is the first time I have gone into a "sport specific" store and felt so comfortable, welcomed and like I was surrounded by friends. Everyone was so kind to not only myself and my husband, but to our daughter as well. She had the best time making friends with everyone while I was able to try on new shoes, do an analysis and learn about what is best for me and my runs. This store has set it's self up for massive success because of the location, but also because of the staff. These individuals really are some of the kindest humans I have met and we can't wait to go back for the organized runs, to shop and even just to stop in and say hi.
