        UPDATE. 1/24/24. Read entire review please. Things are looking better at Courtyard Apartments now that new management is in place. I still would not recommend these apartments due to the buildings are slowly sinking, one has been demolished. Existing problems with roaches and mice. It still takes days for maintenance to attend to the simplest of tasks. There are convicted felons living here. Drugs?? If you're desperate, then by all means move in. Update: things were looking better for a while however we have now been without operable washing machines for 3 weeks. The manager(AMANDA) is blaming Dadson washer services. As manager it's her responsibility to stay on Dadson until things are resolved. All the tenants that have incurred unexpected costs for transportation to get to and from a local laundry should start taking people to small claims court to recoup their money.
