Saddle West Hotel Casino RV Resort

We visit the area for the first time. We came through death valley and see the attraction in the area. Our visit at the hotel was great. The room and the grounds was keep up. We where impressed. The room was extra clean. We well be coming back to this hotel. Rooms: Room was very clean. The bed was great. Bathroom unbelievable clean. Food & drinks: The dinner area smelled fantastic. The staff was great. Awesome food.

Rooms are dark. Barely any lights. No microwave. No shampoo, conditioner, or soap. Phone and TV didn't work. Moldy hair in the coffee maker where you put the water in. White crust build up in the bucket for ice and no bag provided for it. When I called the front desk from my cell to ask about the phone and TV not working, I was told there was nothing that could be done. Asked if we could switch rooms but was told they were full, but there were multiple rooms empty from the parking lot to my room.

Been here quite a few times now. I've been pretty happy with the service and quality of the place. Prices are always an issue, but they're close to everyone else around here. I do recommend Saddle West.
