        Service was awsome.... greatly appreciated the help for getting the right size I wanted a 510 but got a 1010 acfter being shown the different sizes so glad she git me to ungrade....

        We are supposed to have access 24 hours. The gate is a total disaster half the time it doesn't work. The phone numbers posted just go to voicmail and the after hours number is closed. This place is a mess. Very disappointing! 3 days in a row with no access to my unit.

Our team at Highway 160 Self Storage strives to ensure seamless access for our valued customers.Regarding the issue with the gate, it has come to our attention that there have been intermittent disruptions due to a specific incident involving your semi-truck obstructing the gate. Our gate does indeed work, but unfortunately, when obstructed, it may temporarily malfunction. Our site manager, Misty, has diligently addressed this matter by filing an Incident Report and promptly arranging for the gate vendor to resolve the issue each time your semi-truck obstructs the gate.Additionally, we regret any difficulty you encountered in reaching us via phone during the early hours. Please note that our operational hours for phone assistance typically commence after 9am. However, we understand the importance of accessibility and are exploring options to improve our after-hours communication.We appreciate your feedback and we thank you for your understanding.Sincerely,Highway 160 Self Storage
