Walgreens

They had what I needed, but the only time I ever visited this location I had to witness quite the verbal argument between a customer and employee. Both were probably being excessive honestly but regardless, it didn't feel like a very professional environment, that's for sure no matter who started it.

I always come to this Walgreens as its close to my home and work. I recently started biking and had to stop in before work. I didnt see a bike rack so I walked in with my bike to ask where it was located. Before I could say anything two employees in the front had an attitude to tell me I couldnt bring my bike in. I was taken aback but responded that I only came to ask where it was, not to bring my bike with me. They told me they didnt have one and I could leave it out by the window. I did that but when I went to check out, I ask if it was normal for them to have an attitude with everyone who comes in with a bike, and the employee said yes, we treat all customer the same with a bike. I told her how rude that was cause not all customers are the same and should be treated so rudely. She did apologize that I thought that. Which is interestingwhy be apologetic of my thoughts and not your actions. Not all customers are rude right away and shouldnt be treated like the last. I work in customer service and this is definitely a no no. Definitely dont want to interact with these employees that have this mindset

Pharmacy staff seem overworked but nonetheless remain super helpful and friendly.
