After having horrible experiences across town we finally found the sweetest employee who helped us tremendously without being pushy, its a bit pricey but quality was what we were most concerned about i will upload photos when our furniture arrives!

Hands down Lisa and the staff here have been amazing. I work in sales and I appreciate how they go above and beyond for their clients. I wont be shopping anywhere else. The furniture is amazing quality. RC Wiley was a nightmare to work with, but you get what you pay for. You wont regret keeping your business here. Thank you

They have very high quality, beautiful furniture! Price points here are bit higher than at RC Willey a couple miles away but they have a nice showroom that is not overwhelmingly large. We came in here looking for headboards, a dining table, and a couch for my folks. The associate who worked with us was helpful and let us borrow swatches of fabrics to take home to see how well it would match the interior colors. In the end my parents didn't end up purchasing this round of furniture from them but reiterated how much they liked the quality of products they saw. The main couch and loveseat they have at their vacation condo is from Bassett and has not had any issues for the last 15 years.

I had a wonderful experience with Bassett Furniture Reno.  Dave went over and above helping me get my order correct.  Lisa assisted with returning a sectional part for a new perfect result.Matt did his amazing magic adjusting my sectional.  Matt was very knowledgeable and desired to do the best he could making my purchase a very pleasant experience.I recommend giving Bassett a try.Quality product, knowledgeable, genuinely kind staff.
