He's a total scammer I had a sewer him to get even a fraction of my money back. He's a horrible attorney. Cashed one of my checks for $5000 at a casino in Reno on Christmas Eve. The attorneys are used to sue him told me that they wish they could get me more money back. Look up his score it's a dump. Thomas you know you suck

Tom handled a complicated real estate transactional matter involving Bank of America. Tom took on the big guys and won! He is a solid lawyer and does what he says he will do. I would certainly and have, recommended him to others.

POS!! This man know nothing and sucks at his job. Seriously this is not the attorney for you!!! The checks I gave him to represent me were cash at a casino in Reno.

Tom really made a difference in our case.  He was the third attorney we had and the only one that did what he said he would.  Nothing was going in our favor until Tom took our case.  He did exactly what he said he would and was able to have the entire amount of money that was seized from us returned.  He was upfront from the beginning, did what he said he would, and was the only one that helped.  We are extremely thankful that we found Tom and had his help with our case.

This is the worse I have ever met --- he will take your money and never give you a monthly invoice nor will he do the work --- if he does any work it will be sub standard.  He finally gave us an invoice a year later after we filed a Calif Bar Complaint against him.  Now he is trying to sue us for the inflated invoice amount.  He never gave us any of the court documents or invoices etc... probably because we would have fired him early on if we saw what he was charging us and the sub standard work he was completing.  I am a retired army Colonel and have worked with many attorneys throughout my career and this man should not be practicing law in fact he should be in prison.  Please please please do not trust what he tells you such as he can do your case for a flat low fee.  I know of two other clients that filed California Bar complaints against him and am sure there are many more.  Look on the internet if you don't believe me the rip off report below is exactly what he did to us.  Why use him when there are so many good California Lawyers out there!!!!!!
