        We had a recent accident that wasnt our fault and our vehicle was totaled. I phoned my agent while on the scene and he helped me get the claim filed immediately, only after checking that everyone was safe and unharmed. The claims team reached out to us hours later and within a few days we had everything settled on getting reimbursed for the vehicle. I cant say enough positive things about Markus and the claims team responsiveness and service. Truly amazed at how easy they made it for us!
