My family reached out to Steph about a challenging project on a 100-year old structure that needed a lot of work. Steph was super responsive and very thorough about understanding our needs, both from a design perspective, as well as from a construction/engineering lens. Due to unrelated reasons, we ultimately couldn't partner with her, but we were so impressed with her communication, professionalism, and most importantly, her candor, warmth, and authenticity, that we wanted to sing her praises and let the community know.
